These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stadiora Labs ("Stadiora Labs," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all Stadiora Labs products, services, and websites — including stadioralabs.com, runwitharia.com, the Aria application, the Stadiora coaching platform, Aria XI, and the Aria Intelligence API (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
For organisations and coaches: If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation, academy, or club, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. References to "you" include both you personally and the organisation you represent.
Stadiora Labs builds the Aria Intelligence engine — a sports AI decision layer that synthesises athlete performance, wellness, and health signals into actionable outputs. Our products are:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or feature at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
To use our Services, you must:
Minors: Athletes under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) may use the Services only with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. Coaches who register minor athletes on the platform are responsible for obtaining and documenting this consent before submitting any athlete data.
If you are registering on behalf of a minor athlete, you represent that you have the authority to do so and accept these Terms on their behalf.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and updating it promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@stadioralabs.com if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
Coaches and organisations that add athletes to their account are responsible for:
Each individual may maintain only one active personal account. Creating duplicate accounts or sharing accounts between multiple individuals is not permitted without express written authorisation from Stadiora Labs.
You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not:
The accuracy of Aria Intelligence outputs depends on the accuracy of data inputs. You are responsible for the quality and truthfulness of data you submit. Deliberately submitting inaccurate data — including to manipulate readiness scores for team selection or contractual purposes — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may have legal consequences beyond our platform.
Aria Intelligence generates decision-support information for coaches, athletes, and performance staff. All outputs — including readiness scores, availability classifications, injury risk signals, and return-to-play assessments — are informational tools designed to support human judgement, not to replace it.
Coaches, athletes, physiotherapists, and medical professionals retain full and sole responsibility for all training, health, and performance decisions. No output from Aria Intelligence overrides professional medical advice or clinical assessment.
Aria Intelligence has not been evaluated, cleared, or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other medical device regulatory authority. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any medical condition, disease, or injury.
The injury risk signals generated by Aria Intelligence are based on statistical patterns in performance and wellness data. They represent an elevated risk indicator — not a clinical prediction, diagnosis, or guarantee. An athlete may sustain an injury without any prior risk signal, and an elevated risk signal does not mean an injury will occur. Risk signals must always be assessed by qualified sports medicine or physiotherapy professionals before any clinical or training decision is made.
Return-to-play outputs are structured guidance tools that track progression through a rehabilitation framework. They do not constitute medical clearance. No athlete should return to full training or competition solely on the basis of a Stadiora Labs return-to-play output. Medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional is required before return to play following injury.
Readiness outputs contextualised by menstrual cycle data are intended to support training periodisation discussions between athletes and coaches. They are not gynaecological assessments or medical advice. Any health concerns related to the menstrual cycle should be discussed with a qualified medical professional.
Stadiora Labs products are not designed for emergency use. If an athlete is experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately. Do not rely on platform outputs in any situation where immediate medical attention may be required.
By using the Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) you understand the decision-support nature of Aria Intelligence outputs; (b) you will not use platform outputs as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; and (c) you assume all risks associated with training and performance decisions made in reliance on, or in conjunction with, platform outputs.
Athletes retain ownership of their personal data, including all health and performance data submitted to the platform. Stadiora Labs does not claim ownership of athlete data.
By submitting data to the platform, you grant Stadiora Labs a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that data for the sole purpose of delivering the Services and, where applicable, improving our decision models using anonymised and aggregated datasets. This licence does not permit us to sell, commercially exploit, or share your data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
Athletes who join an organisation or coaching account consent to that coach or organisation having access to their readiness outputs, availability classifications, and performance history within the platform. Granular health signals — including reproductive health context and detailed biometric indicators — are subject to athlete-controlled sharing permissions. Athletes may modify these permissions at any time from their account settings.
The quality of Aria Intelligence outputs is directly dependent on the accuracy of the data submitted. Stadiora Labs makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of outputs generated from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated input data.
Use of the Aria Intelligence API is subject to these Terms and, where applicable, a separate API Developer Agreement entered into between Stadiora Labs and the developer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an API Developer Agreement, the Developer Agreement governs.
Developers accessing the Aria Intelligence API are responsible for:
Stadiora Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the API. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance or significant changes to API endpoints, response schemas, or functionality.
All intellectual property in the Services — including the Aria Intelligence decision engine, its underlying models and methodology, software, design, trademarks, brand names (Stadiora Labs, Aria, Aria XI, Stadiora, Aria Intelligence), and all related content — is owned by or licensed to Stadiora Labs. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. This licence does not include the right to: sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Services; copy or replicate any part of the Aria Intelligence methodology; or use our trademarks or brand assets without prior written consent.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our Services, you grant Stadiora Labs a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose, including improving or developing new products, without any obligation to you.
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, devices, and platforms — including wearable manufacturers, GPS providers, and third-party applications built on the Aria Intelligence API. These integrations are provided for your convenience.
Stadiora Labs does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, or their privacy and data practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. We strongly encourage you to review the terms of any third-party service before connecting it to your Stadiora Labs account.
Where a third-party developer has built an application on the Aria Intelligence API, Stadiora Labs acts only as a data processor in that relationship. Your primary agreement and data rights are with that developer as the data controller.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Stadiora Labs specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stadiora Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and advisors shall not be liable for any:
In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Stadiora Labs in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
The limitations in this section apply regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought — whether contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — and even if Stadiora Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations; in those jurisdictions this section applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stadiora Labs and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and advisors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@stadioralabs.com. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the retention periods described therein.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have:
We may also terminate or suspend access for operational reasons — including non-payment of applicable fees — with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Sections 6 (Medical Disclaimer), 9 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 15 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Costa Rica, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
If you are a consumer located in the EU, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including the right to bring claims before the courts of your place of habitual residence.
If you are located in the United States, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that qualify for small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Before initiating any formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us at legal@stadioralabs.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with material changes, you must stop using the Services before the effective date and may request account deletion.
Changes that are required by law or that address security vulnerabilities may take effect immediately without prior notice.
